June 26-27
We have been talking about going camping for years now but felt that before this summer Gavin was too small. So we finally found some time and put it on our calendar. For our first excursion we decided to go extremely close to home in case we forgot anything or things (children) went terribly wrong. We packed and packed and packed (which felt kind of weird since we were only going 5 minutes from the house). Needless to say we forgot (or just didn't even think of) a lot of things and made quite a list for future camping trips. The experience was TONS of fun and overall a wonderful time.

Looks perfect! I think you've started something you'll be doing for a long time together. That's awesome. Someday when I don't have little bitty children (that will happen someday, right?) can we go together? Tell Terry to bring the lemonade...
